Step 2: Get matched
When a restaurant fits your area and your audience, we send you a brief: the place, what to focus on, and what you get. You decide whether to take it.
Step 3: Visit and post
Go and eat, make your content your way, and post it by the date in the brief.
Step 4: Get paid
Once your post is live, you get what the brief promised: your meal as the restaurant’s guest, a payment, or both.
What you get
A sponsorship can be free meals, a paid post, or both. What is offered depends on the restaurant and on your reach: your follower count and the views your posts usually get.
You always see the reward in the brief before you say yes.

What we ask
We never tell you exactly what to post or say. Every sponsorship comes with a brief that gives general direction, such as highlighting a menu item, a promotion, or the overall experience. The content and the opinion are yours.

Who can apply
- You are based in New York City, in any of the five boroughs.
- You have a public Instagram or TikTok account.
- You are 18 or older.

Questions
Will I be paid in cash?
Sometimes. A sponsorship can be free meals, a paid post, or both. It depends on the restaurant and on your reach. The brief for each sponsorship states exactly what you get, and you see it before you accept.
Will you tell me what to post?
No. We give general direction, such as highlighting a menu item, a promotion, or the overall experience, and a date to post by. What you make and what you say are up to you, and should reflect what you really thought. On every sponsorship you tag the restaurant and disclose that the post is sponsored.
Do I have to accept every sponsorship I am offered?
No. You choose which briefs to accept.
Why do I have to disclose that a post is sponsored?
Advertising rules in the United States require it whenever you receive something in return for a post, including free meals. It also keeps your audience’s trust.
What happens after I apply?
We review your application and look at your public profile. We email you when there is a restaurant that fits.
I am not based in New York City. Can I still apply?
Yes. We are starting in NYC, so we cannot match you yet, but we keep your application and it helps us decide where to go next.
What do you do with my information?
We use it to contact you and to match you with restaurants. We also look at public information about the accounts you give us, such as follower counts. The privacy policy has the details.
